How do I sign up for the pet perks card? Do I have to sign up for the Visa too or can I just get the perks card? Does it cost anything?

You can sign up at any store. It doesn't cost a thing, and you don't have to get the Visa as well.

just go to the store and ask for the paper to fill it own. the pet perks card cost nothing - at least it did when i signed up for it 2 years ago. you don't have to get the visa with it, if you dont want it.

Pet perks is free and while you are signing up you can ask about the visa---

I have one. You can get the card without having to sign up for Visa and it's free. Just ask a cashier and they will give you an application to fill out and you'll get it immediately.
