what would you do if your parents want to kill your pet snake (boa) and want to get you a dog?
i hate mammals (as pets)

Talk to them.
Say you don't want a dog.

If they really want the snake gone, insist on finding it a new home.

Why would they kill the snake when they could just take it to a pet shop or post it on petfinder.com??? That's cruelty and they don't value life enough to be allowed to own any animal.

My advice to you is to do great in school, get accepted to a fantastic college, and move out as early as you can. Go far, far away and try to forget about the evil people who raised you 0_o
