Is there any pets that you don't have to go to a petstore to get?
Anything that doesn't require much and can live in a large bug catcher...I really want a pet but my mom says no to everything...even fish!

may be a bug? Sorry, but that's my only idea... there is reasoning behind your mom saying no... maybe you could try and show her that you are ready for a pet... get good grades in school... do your chores... do your homework.. clean your room... clean up after yourself... etc. Maybe you can work something out with her... if you get A's and B's at the end of the school year.. she has to get you a pet.... I just thought of something.... you can go to pretty much any store and get sea monkeys... they usually come with their own little tank... much like a bug catcher!!!
