Well, you can find jobs in different aspects of business, like sales and marketing, administration, accounting/finances, human relations, etc.
Or, you can build your career by starting your own business. But you need to have a passion for your niche, and it sounds like you are more interested in the financing/statistics aspect of business, so I would start your search from there. |

Take some business classes. You never know until you gain some experience with it. Sometimes a hobby or a task, such as math, can be involved in a career, but when you actually do the work for your career, that task isn't used in the way you'd expect it. Anyway, it's always good to get some experience first, because that will tell you if you will want to do business long-term.

Yeah, I would suggest taking classes or doing internships to gain experience. You won't know what you enjoy until you try it, or unless you have already done it to some extent. Business is huge, especially now with the internet opening up new jobs, so you have to narrow your search by trying things out.

For a lucrative career in business, a degree will help you considerably. You can consider checking out the BS degree in Business Administration from California College San Diego (CCSD). It includes fundamentals such as accounting, financial management, Internet Commerce and sales management among other subjects - all imperative to succeed in a business. Another plus point is that it also provides an accelerated option that will allow you to complete your degree in as little as 36 months. This works to your advantage if you want to get out there and start earning as soon as possible. |
