Small Business Owners with Music Service! Muzak, Ipod, XM?
Are there any small business owners out there who have purchased a music service for their store/shop?
During construction of my shop, I was paid a uncomfortable visit from a Muzak sales rep. Not knowing anything about music rights, I mentioned that we were going to use an ipod for the background music. He assured me that it would not work and at the same time illegal. Has anyone been turned in or gotten in trouble from this? What do they ask to see? I am now looking to purchase XM Business service. Please share your experiences! Thanks!
