I think you'll have a very difficult time with that, if not impossible. That's because every grocery store chain I've ever been in has a deli department that makes those chickens and they're usually excellent.

I like your idea though. How about doing it at a mall food court or as an outside vendor, like someone who sells hot dogs out of a truck?

Step 1 will be working with a small independent grocery, because your chains will have too much of a hurdle for you starting out

Step 2 is drive around your area, noting small stores

My best suggestion since I don't know anything about the grocery store business, is just to be sure you have a clear business plan & remember the little things about starting your business.
