A business man has a tough life. They work long hours and have extreme amounts of stress. The best thing you can do is support him in his business and realize that his business and your marriage are completely separate. It's best not to get involved with the business or it will start messing up the marriage. The finances of the family will be transparent to the family, just like if he were to work for somebody. To ward off any negative comments, I would say the EXACT same thing if the woman was the business owner.

A lot depends on how the business is structured. He might not be telling you as it can be very confusing. Is it a Sub Chap S? R? FLIP? LLC? LLP? How is he paid?

Your entitlement to the business is virtually nothing. He owned it before you got married. Quit marrying for money and try marrying for love.
