I am considering to major in Business. However, I am a bit worried about the future. Can anyone explain different areas of Business studies to have a secured career?

If you find that you excel in teamwork, exhibit leadership skills, are good at organizing and communicating, and thrive in a high-stress environment, then this is the career for you.

When looking for a business degree program look for one that includes a curriculum heavy on finance, management, analysis, computer applications, and accounting such as the one offered by California College San Diego (California College | San Diego | CCSD College). You can choose from a variety of degree options depending on your long-term career goals and interests, such as:

Associate's degree in Business – As a foundation for further education in business, an associate’s degree can also add to your credits towards a Bachelor’s degree. This type of degree is much shorter in duration and covers all the basics, giving the student an accurate idea if he or she is still interested in a career in business.
Bachelor's degree in Business – Most employers demand a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in business for any entry-level positions. Armed with a bachelor’s degree in business, graduates can apply for jobs in a wide range of fields such as economics, sales, human resources, finance, and sales to name a few. A bachelor’s degree also assures a higher salary and possibility for growth.
Master's degree in Business – If you wish to specialize in a particular area or follow up on research in a certain field of business, this is the way to go. Many people go back to a Master’s degree after several years of work experience in a bid to improve their qualifications and climb the corporate ladder.
Doctorate degree in Business – A doctorate degree requires an intensive thesis or research project on an applied field of business. This degree program will qualify you to train, consult or teach in the field of your choice. Hope this helps.
