It depends what you like best, administrating business functions or dealing with management all day long.
So manager or not a manager? That's the question. Take your pick, both functions have similiar pay ranges, it all depends on how far you move up the corporate ladder. Here is a link where you can do some research. http://salary.com/

At my college business administration is listed as a pre-business transfer. in the description it says Bus. Ad. is like a liberal arts degree that focuses more on business. management can be for someone who is sure they want to be a manager.
