Why can't I find my business on Yahoo Local?

Why can't I find my business on Yahoo Local?
The business is listed on the 1st page of regular web searches but is nowhere to be seen on the local maps. Can't understand why not. Do you have to pay for this?
Already registered with Infoserve but listing seems to have disappeared ..... I have emailed Infoserve re the listing and am awaiting a reply
