A couple of months ago I was informed that getting into the School of Haas was not 100% guaranteed AFTER getting into UCB. Here is what was stated...
The person said that students were not allowed to apply into the School of Haas until sophomore year at UCB. He said that each student had to test into UCB's business school and if they were not accepted, they had to claim something more broad like "economics" rather than "business management". I was just wondering if this is true or not. 1) Does getting into UCB (declared as business) not gurantee acceptance into Haas? 2) Is it true that you have to test into Haas your Sophomore year? 3) If number 2 is true and you are not accepted into Haas, do you have to claim economics or something else rather than business? Thanks in advanced
