I need some info bout the history of the mambo, what costumes are traditionally worn to dance the mambo, and where it is performed (ex: clubs, special events, etc). any help?

The mambo is a fast and fun dance, very much like the salsa. It is of Cuban origin. You can find it danced at clubs, lounges, and special events (like weddings).
