There are two reputable schools that offer an MA in graphic design, web design, or something highly related (like digital media) online: The Savannah College of Art and Design, and the Academy of Art University. SCAD is the far better choice of those two, as it's much more respected in the industry.
Respected art schools in California (you'll need to check if they're in So. CA or not - I'm in NY, it's like CA is one big ole blurr) that do offer an MA or MFA in graphic design or related include: - Art Center College of Design - Otis - California Institute of the Arts - UCLA - U Cal Davis - Claremont Graduate U - U Cal Irvine - UCSD And these schools rank in the top 50 or so master's level art schools in the US. You'll need to check each one to find out of they do offer a program that meets your needs - if it's close enough to graphic design, for example, for your interests - but I remember all of these offering something related at the Masters level.
