hi

my seo company claim they build 2000 links, but i use few tools and non says 2000.

what is best to check bl?

Google analytics is the best tool. It will give you every information. You have to sign in first and then copy paste code provided in your site before </head>

You can use Google analytic's or SEO Book tool and open the site map to track down your back links.

Analytics is the best toll. no doubt, but keep in mind that analytic will show only the links that are crawled. best one is backlinkwatch.

Buying backlinks a very dodgy.
99.999% of "companies" (mostly, kids in their bedrooms) will just comment spam blogs.
Not all will get approved and some may even harm your sites PR and domain authority!

Be very careful when purchasing links

It may take a little work and a bit of playing about with but it shouldn't be too hard.

It will probably be best to use CURL / DOM to scrape the pages and check if your content is present.
