When I edit html files from my computer, they keep opening in the same browser that I have opened. How do I fix it so that html files will open in their own windows?

Your question is little bit confusing..
Did you want to edited html file is the new window/ new tab???

-Go to TOOLS in the menu. If you do not have the menu bar visible or if you don't have text-labels showing, it's the gear icon.
-In the TOOLS drop-down, go to "Properties".
-In the Properties dialog box, access the 'Advanced' tab.
-Within the Advanced tab there is a section called "Browsing" in the scroll-window.
-Find the option there-in that says "Reuse windows for launching shortcuts" If you're using IE7 it will also say "(when tabbed browsing is off)".
-Make sure this item is unticked and OK out.
-Your issue should now be resolved.

Consider there are several links in an inline frame. How to make those links open in a new window instead of opening in the same frame. I have tried parent, blank targeting but they don't seem to work. Is there any other method? I don't want to change anything inside the iframe.

Playing The Mahjong Solitaire Game

If no moves are made for at least 15 seconds, the game prompts which tiles can be swapped: 2 tes blink for 2 seconds. The prompt does not necessarily indicate the optimal move -- just a possible move.

A player can only remove the tiles one pair at a time. There are a total of 72 pairs in a game of MahJong Solitaire. Like cards, the tiles have standard suits. These suits are Characters, Bamboos, Circles, Dragons, Winds, Seasons, and Flowers. The table below shows all of the tiles.

When matching pairs, Seasons and Flowers are the only suits you do not need to match exactly. Any Season or Flower combination counts as a pair because there is only one of each tile.

Each time you start a game, you are granted 5 shuffles. When no pairs are left, you may use a shuffle. When you have no more pairs and no more shuffles, the game is over. If you clear the board, you move to the next round, which will have a different layout.
