Can you tell me in HTML language what do this words mean please?
Value: I knot this comes after =
But how can I explain what it is? I know atribute comes before = But I do not know how to explain what it is either. How do I explain what element and tag are? What is a form? I need to know meaning for the basic words they use for HTML so I can understand it better how it works otherwise I am simply stuck pretending to learn and I do not understand the terminology yet. Thanks. Now, I am new at all this so be nice please or do not reply at all.

It looks like you are really new to HTML. I cannot answer you because I dont know what you are asking about. So I am just going to give you a link to a site where I learned my HTML from 4.5 years ago.
They are really easy to follow and should get you building your own website in about 1 - 2 days (all those basic features only of course). Have fun learning HTML!!!
