I need help with CSS and web design please....?
1) How do i get my page in the center, no matter what size/browser people have (I only have IE to check my work.
2) Which photo/picture editing software is best (does not have to be free) 3) can i use pictures for my borders and if so what is the code? Thank you in advance.
