Default BSOD WIN 7 Shutdown when idle

When the computer is left on with or without lid closed instead of sleeping the computer has to be rebooted ie. won't wake by pressing KB or mouse
HP Pavillion dv7
64 bit Win 7
4.00 gb RAM
Brand new (< two weeks old)



Get this error message at start-up
