Default problem in laptop!!!

How do i get rid of these window poping up everytime i turn my laptop on?

That is most likely a problem with the motherboard...but it *could* be something else. Typically, if the lights flash and nothing happens, the mobo is no longer with us. I would suggest taking it to someone who fixes computers in your area, and just asking them to diagnose the problem. If they say that you will need a new motherboard, then yes, you'd be better off just buying a new one.

Does your Dell have wireless? If so, contact the University about wireless access. If not, talk to the University's IT department, if you already haven't.

I would try on the startup to click most recent settings that worked, this will online work if you have NOT formated you're laptop if the problem prsists and does not let you format you could of damaged you're hdd

you should keep in mind several steps
  • 24/7 access to your own tech support team
  • Scheduled service at your convenience, or talk to the next available technician when you require help
  • A concerned for your problem. And a technician to fix it.

I think you should installed a firewall like Comodo and an anti-virus at your laptop to prevent that problem of yours.

Which windows you are using ? Try to reinstall windows, it may solve your problem.
