The Insurance company will have the information, if the appointment is filed under the insurance. Usually a detailed list is not mailed out, but if your parents get a notification for every appointment, and they don't recognize it, they are likely to call the company to ask. As they are the subscribers, the insurance company will have to tell them.
My suggestion, if you are that worried about your parents finding out, go to a free/county clinic, and don't give them your insurance information.

BIOS is a short form of Basic Input/Output System. BIOS is a one kind of software or code when we start the computer at the time of Booting process this code will run. Through the BIOS Our system can identify devices like the video display card, keyboard and mouse, hard disk, CD/DVD drive and other hardware.
