is it legal to charge an entry fee for a contest? Only answer if you know plz.?
I was under the assumption that in order to have any type of contest, there had to be a way to enter it without purchasing anything? Am I mistaken on this?
I wanted to enter my daughters picture into a photo contest on thecutekid.com but in order to enter, you have to pay 19.95 per photo (They say it is for parenting magazine subscription which is included in the price). Is this legal? If not, what can I do about it?
