You do not need an attorney for that. She does not have to go to court or have a very complicated process.. Just go to the INS website and follow their instructions.. They are as easy as you can get plus your fiance can probably handle it herself if you can't... You should be fine.. Attorney's sometimes even delay the process because they make you do things that are not needed... Unless she has a very complicated case like previous felonies or previous cases with the US government like overstaying or fraud then she should be fine...

You don't need an attorney for that. Altho there are plenty of people there willing to take your payment, they won't be of much help to you or your intended. Your money will be better spent if you go to Tacloban and help her round up documents yourself. Your gonna need proof of that trip anyway when it comes down to her interview at the embassy. Who knows, maybe you'll change your mind after a few days in Tacloban.
