This is a question on my take home final for business law class that I can't find the answer to. Remember, this is a test question, so explaining well is definitely a plus!
Bryce had been having difficulty with his motorcycle. When he took it in for repairs, Marshall, the mechanic, told Bryce that the repairs would cost $600.00. Bryce told Marshall that he was so sick of all the problems with the motorcycle that he would gladly trade it in for a skateboard. Could Marshall take Bryce's statement as a valid contract? Explain.
