Default Can a Lawyer help me?

a little over a month ago i was involved in an auto accident.. the other person was cited and it was clearly there fault.. however my insurrance company has not been able to get ahold of them and they say there's nothing else they can do.. there were no injuries but i just want my car paid for.. whats the best way to go about this? i've never dealt with lawyers or anything before so please try to be very helpful. thanks.

1. If the other person was cited, the police should have their whereabouts.

2. If you have uninsured motorists insurance on your policy, the company still has to pay for the damage. Read your policy carefully.

3. If the person cannot be found, and if you DON'T have insurance that covers repairs in the case of an uninsured motorist, you're out of luck. There is no way to recover damages.

Your insurance should pay you under the "uninsured driver" provision, if you have that coverage.

Ask your insurance agent for more help.

Well according to my point of view, I think that a lawyer really help you, you can ask friends who have hired lawyers to draw up their wills, that will really helpful.

this is not big thing. You can yourself fill the claims and get the claim.

You ask for help to a lawyer that is expert in auto accident may be he/she could help in your problem.
