Is it legal to get ur belly button pierced with a friend's parent?
I ask because my friend and I want our belly buttons pierced but we wont know if we can get them until after the results of our final report cards. My parents wont let me get it unless her parent agrees to take her and me. I was wondering if I good get mine done if her mom signed for me or w/e cuz she said that she wouldnt mind.

You can have your belly button pierced and your friends parents can sign for you. I did that once when my daughter's friend was going to have her ears pierced. I just said that I was her mother. There was no problem.
