Default Ok so what do u do when a lawyer messes up your case?

This lawyer literally FORGOT to send money that I GAVE HER for fingerprinting. I dont want to get too into details just because it's a long story but the point is,
This lawyer has had her license suspended TWICE
When you call her office to schedule an app. with her, the receptionist says: "I have to ask her first and she hasn't been out of her room" ...So few hours later I call back...Receptionist says .."Ya she STILL hasn't left her office" ...It's like HELLO, I'm not that stupid. & when I literally go to her office, the receptionist says she's not there when her car is parked right outside. Is she running away from me? This has been going on for 2 years.

What do I do? Can I report her to the BAR ASSOCIATION???? Also, everytime I go to her office, her clients who are waiting are always complaining about her!

by the way, I was referred to her by a close friend who I trusted but later backstabbed me, so no wonder she referred me to this idiot lawyer right?

Sue for legal malpractice. All attorneys are suppose to carry this type of insurance for cases such as this. Always check the credentials of a lawyer before hiring him/her.
