I have some problem for my law class that i cant figure out
1.Jason hired canning, a well-known artist, to sketch his portrait for $3,000. The portrait is to be given to Jason’s mother as a gift, and canning agrees that the final product is subject to Jason’s “personal satisfaction.” If canning paints the portrait and Jason rejects it, will Jason still be obligated to pay for the portrait. and second 2.If someone was going to buy a house, say person A. Prior to getting the house she makes an agreement with her neighbor that her neighbor wouldn't build anything that would block her view, So because of this promise she buys the house. So is the promise binding? Any help u guys might have are grateful.
