It would not be possible in my opinion because an attorney is far more aware of not just legal issues but simple court processes that you or i could not begin to fathom just as in any other trade familiarization with work tequnique will just about gaurantee a superior outcome. thankfully they gotta give you an attorney. and even though you hear that court appointed attorneys are not worth much the truth is that those attorneys are the same attorneys that you would call and pay. often times they have alot of experrience and are familiar with the staff at the court house and opposing attorneys and can often fenagle a deal that a lawyer that has never worked a case at that house or very few might not be able to pull off. they just have to like you in order to want to put in the effort offer them alittle money down the road if you dont have any . alot of em can be cool and get a good job done boy i kind of ran off there a little bit huh ok bye
