I was convicted of 2nd degree aggrivated battery in 2005 for a fight that happened in 2001. I plead no contest to the charges. I was jumped by 2 guys and I defended myself and knocked both guys out. The problem is I kicked one of the guys in the head. Had I not done that, I would not have been charged (A cop saw the whole thing). What are my chances of getting an expungement? I have since graduated college with a 4.0 and no criminal history before or since the fight.

You can't get a expungement because you did kick one of the guys in the head. If you were a youth offender is the only way to get a expungement in 2nd degree aggravated battery. The case is expungement may or may not apply if you were an accomplice standing, but your never going to get around public safety laws because you did kick one of the guys in the head.
