Default I need to know by Texas Law and Child Protective Services what is...

...considered Child Abuse? Here are the details! If a child is grabbed by the chin and pushed down in their set is that concidered child abuse?No bruises or marks of any kind where left on the child.The child was being told to do their homework and verbally refused to do so.I would also like to know what the laws allow parents to do when you have a child that is uncontrolable?I would really like to help my friend out with her children somehow.She is really good to them but sometimes they just dont mind her and she does not know what to do. She has tried most discipline stratigies, but none seem to work on them.
