store her belongings and....? still charge me for the square footage of that room? The lease says the house is 1700 sq ft, but I believe that includes the fourth bedroom the landlord uses to store her thing. The lease is for 3 bedrooms but if the square footage includes that extra bedroom is she breaking a law and what can I do about it?
Thank you! Her using the room is NOT under the lease. I want FACTS only please. I'm not interested in opinions nor will those make a difference in what I choose to do, thank you.

If you signed the lease saying that you agree to her using the other bedroom then thats the deal. She is not lying about the square footage of the house just saying that she will be using the bedroom. If you have an issue with it then you shouldnt have signed it.
FYI if you want to sue her go ahead but its going to cost you more time and money and will not be worth it. Its stuff like this that makes reanting a home to someone so hard. You give them a home and just ask for the rent and all they want to do is find ways to try and screw you over..
