Will the real estate market go up anytime soon?
I live in Southern California, more specifically in Ventura county and have a home I would like to sell. However i was wondering if I should hold off for a couple months just in case the market goes back up a little, then I could get more for my home. Would it be easier to sell now or later? Real estate professionals how long do you think this decline with last? Thank you very much.
