What kinds of things are people buying today in this tight economy?
And, are they reasonably priced or are they things that are necessities and you'd buy no matter at what price they were.

Some of the things that are healthy and inexpensive are:
Cream of Wheat Pancake Mix that uses just water Lentils and dried beans for making soup Locally grown produce Pasta Eggs, ok they've gone up but still a good protein source
