Default Who was the person(s) responsible for suggesting that student loan...

...payments be deducted from Social Security? (any attorney out there knows the answer?) Which house rep or dem was for this? Was it the Senator or some Education program who thought this was a good idea?

Education majors must also complete a second major in another department. If you are even remotely considering the education major.
