I'm an investor and I want my Realtors to do exactly as I tell them... Lets say I want to slash the original price by 20% but the Realtor seems unsure... Can I offer the Realtor cash as a bonus if I get the property for the price I ask?

I don't think it works like that.
Simply offering the agent a bonus for a massive discount off the property price just isn't realistic. You want to give them a $1k bonus for $20k off the price?... Not going to happen.
