I purchased a vehicle in june of 2007 and capital one was suppose to finance me, so that is the bank that is listed on my purchase contract. They backed out, and wouldnt finance me, so the car dealerships personal bank did, but there was never another contract printed up, and I never signed anything but the contract that says Capital One financed me. Is the contract still legal even though its not accurate?
