why does my network bridge stop working when i restart my computer?

its a windows computer, netgear router, and im trying to bridge for xbox 360 live it works when i delete and re-bridge but i don't want to keep doing that and i also don't want to buy the wireless adapter.
thanks in advance i will any more detail if necessary the connection is from xbox, pc, router, modem, internet. i know the pc has to be on but it should also work when i restart my computer the next day, but instead i have to delete and re-bridge
