Yes thru e-learning.God bless.without experience, you're probably not gonna find much of anything - I have my CCNA and I can't find anything in my area, and thats with experience - and I'm also on my 4th year on my Computer Science bachelors - experience is mostly what they look for - you can take computer networking courses online and it wont mean anything - you need to try to find some sort of experience, whether it be co-op, internship, or just free work.
