Default Setting up perfmon on all Win2003 clients

I've been searching in posts here and also on Google but can't seem to formulate the right search combination to get the answer I'm looking for.

Anyway, here is the situation: I want to evaluate all of the client computers in my Windows 2003 domain to see which computers would benefit most from hardware upgrades. I've set up a good performance monitor template I would like to use, but am unsure of how to apply or send this to all of the computers within a OU, and also how to easily retrieve all the logs. Does anyone have any suggestions?
