i wanted to get some opinions on the topic of usb wireless adapters, as well as some recommendations for some good ones. first, are these adapters any good? i'm particularly worried about dropped connections since it's for the wife. my dad uses an off brand one at home, which is complete garbage - drops every few minutes or so, and when it's connected it's painfully slow with low signal strength.
i don't mind paying extra for a better quality adapter, but i want to make sure that there are actually good ones out there. recommendations of good adapters would also be highly preferred. wireless G is fine, but i recently upgraded to N, so its definitely preferred. |

I don't think that usb wireless adapters are very good, i do have to face some problem of connection drop, as soon as there is any current fluctuation the connection drops in the usb wireless adapter. I think it is better to go with a normal wireless adapter.
