Can anybody tell me what is access point actually, how many access point in the dsl router. how much we need for home use. plz explain me briefly.

Access Point or AP is a hardware device or a computer software that acts as communication hubs for users of a wireless LAN. As to how many can use it, I suppose that will depend on your configuration of the device.
