Im gonna buy ebooks and learn programming language to create a website about Poverty. Please what programming language should be learned to create so.

Almost everyone starts with HTML so i'd use that
http://say-help.trap17.com/guides/html/ is a intro/mini-guide. Once you've made your own CSS stylesheet then you probably start learning PHP as it has so many functions to take your website to 'the next level'. Good luck!
