Former BP CEO Accused of Lying over Gulf Oil Spill
Gulf of Mexico oil spill plaintiffs allege that Tony Hayward, the former chief executive of British oil giant BP, gave untruthful evidence to US Congress. According to the attorneys representing the claimants, Mr. Hayward had been untruthful and so it was proper to question his veracity.
