Hello again, I am constructing a php gallery and everything is working fine except when you click on a thumb because the page is posting to itself the position of the page goes back to the top.

The url i have is "http://localhost/gallery.php?image=pirate.jpg&curPage=0"

I am using $_GET to retrieve the info from the url to know which page the gallery is on and which image to display on the main image.

I tried adusting the code so it linked to an anchor on the gallery page like so
http localhost/gallery.php#gallery....jpg&curPage=0

But this stopped the page from refreshing therefore not changing the main image and caption.

Any suggestions please
