i have no idea with this cute skirt. HEELP!! :c?
i loove this kind of skirt: its cute, kinda gothic-ish and puffy with multiple layers, usually made of net-like fabric. i often see this worn by female singers from asian countries [jpan, korea, taiwan]. the problem is i dont have any idea with its name or type. plus, i cant find a skirt like this in our place. here are some links to the pictures:
