Meta tags matter, but not a whole lot. Use them honestly. Put a descriptive description in your description tag and relevant keywords in your keywords tag. There's just no point in ... Today, some webmasters leave them out completely. .

Meta tags in terms of search engines is very useful & important , because search engines always crawled meta titles and description for better ranking and better results. so we should always use that.
