I heard from someone that meta keywords and meta description length has been changed form 256 to 165 character and 165 to 256 characters respectively. Is this true

Not sure but i don't think so.. because i used most of time 250 characters in description, but if you see the ranking in Google it shows starting 165 character in description but if your any keywords coming in with in 250 characters so Google show the mid description in the results if it is end of the sentence

No its remain the same meta keywords and meta description length is 256 character and 165 character with spaces respectively

For Title the character limit is 60 and for meta description the limit is 150 but we can use 250 for description but Google only shows the first 150 characters only.
