how do i access the at&t self support tool? i have no icons and no listing but it...

how do i access the at&t self support tool? i have no icons and no listing but it...
...is here somewhere.? i tried to download it again ,they checked and said it was here.i cant find it and have no idea where it is.

Go to the Start button, wave your cursor over All Programs. On the long menu look for AT&T Self Support Tool,might be a little white truck or the AT&T World Globe.Also look on your desktop where all the icons are on the side for the globe. Click either one you find The little white truck might be in your taskbar.
