I have a Gateway DS Profile 5X CTO and NEED HELP?
I can hear the computer turn on and the lights will come on. My keyboard lights up, but all that comes on the screen is 'Power Management On' in a little box and then it disappears.
How do I know what the problem is? I've checked all the connections. How do I check the video card? The hard drive? to know if they are working? The cooling fan works well. I'm not sure what to do now. Thank You
