Default apache http server and the psp?

i installed the apache http server on my computer. i typed ipconfig on the command prompt to get the ip address. I typed the ip address on my browser and it showed me the index.html file, but when i type the ip address on my psp browser it gives me this error "The connection to the server timed out".
I have port 80 open.
